Some part of you is asking you to pay attention to it.
Therapy offers a space to do so.

Hi! I'm Maddy-Rose Robinson, a trainee psychotherapist
offering therapy for trauma grounded in the wisdom of the body.

I offer weekly therapy for adults on a sliding scale of £40 - 50 per session, both in person in Paddington, London Bridge and online.
The work invites healing from trauma, easing of anxiety and a softening of patterns that once kept you safe but now feel stuck.
Trauma-Informed Therapy Rooted in Relationship
Therapy is a space to slow down and notice what happens in relationship - with yourself and with another. The therapeutic relationship can become a mirror for the outside world, offering a way to understand and gently shift old patterns. My approach is grounded, compassionate and collaborative, creating space for whatever needs attention to unfold at its own pace.

Why therapy?
Psychologically, we know that a consistent, attuned relationship is one of the strongest predictors of healing, and neuroscience shows that talking things through with someone regulated and attentive can help the nervous system settle.

How I work
Therapy is a collaborative process - one where we stay curious together and make space for what wants to be seen or understood. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on relational, embodied and transpersonal perspectives, as well as parts-based approaches inspired by Internal Family Systems. I hold awareness of how social structures and power dynamics can affect our sense of safety, voice and agency.

Sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and take place weekly - either in person in Little Venice or online. My fee is £40 - 50 per session. A brief initial call is available if you’d like to see whether it feels like a good fit.
Send me a message to schedule an intro call.

ABOUT ME
Maddy-Rose Robinson, M.A.
Trainee Psychotherapist | Yoga teacher | Activist
I’m Maddy, an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist-in-training based in Little Venice, London Bridge and online.

I have always been drawn to understanding how people make meaning from their experiences - how we adapt, protect ourselves, and find connection even in difficulty. That curiosity eventually led me to train as a psychotherapist, bringing together my long-standing interest in language, the body, and inner life. Alongside this, my background in activism and social justice has shaped how I think about healing - not only as an individual process, but as something deeply connected to the world we live in.
My approach is grounded, compassionate and creative, shaped by a background in yoga and embodied awareness. I work with the body as well as the mind, offering a trauma-informed space that recognises how life experiences - both sudden and long-standing - can live on in us. I hold awareness of how social and cultural contexts shape those experiences, and how systemic pressures can affect our sense of safety, belonging and agency.

I’m in the final stage of a five-year UKCP-accredited Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy at CCPE in London. Over this time, I’ve completed clinical placements with One in Four, The Caravan, and The CCPE Clinic, gaining nearly 500 hours of client work. I also hold a Certificate in Counselling Skills from City Lit and continue to deepen my practice through trauma-focused professional development, including the Master’s Trauma Conference.
